Stylists donate time to Daybreak shelter

JOLIET — Residents, staff and volunteers at Daybreak Shelter look and feel like a million bucks thanks to the generosity and time of 20 Matrix stylists from area salons.Two of those stylists, Meredith Tye of South Carolina and Natalie Fox of Arizona, were winners in Matrix’s Spread the Love ambassador contest.
